Yes, both Coaches and Coachees can reschedule a Session if they are unable to attend. This is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
To do this, log into your user account and select the "Sessions" section. Go to the Session you want to reschedule and click on "reschedule". Before you complete the process, please provide a reason for the rescheduling.
Afterwards, the Coachee will choose a new date, regardless of who rescheduled the session.
